Visa Consultancy Management System

	The VCMS provides a office Automation Solution to the visa company for carrying out their
	daily work. It is a Web Based Online which can be accessed from any part of the world.
	The staff members are able to login into the system from any part of world and carry out their
	work (Registration, approvals, billing, updating, uploading data (i.e. images & text) and replying
	to queries of client).
	The client can register themselves online and is provided unique account on the system after
	validation by the consultant, where he can enter his requirements and also upload the required
	documents.
	VCMS contains four level access display system different for admin,staff,agent,client.
	The system includes a helpdesk system inside the account from where the client can submit
	their queries and staff member can reply to their quries.
	VCMS contains following reports for the staff members.
	New Clients. Status of clients. (Closed and pending). Total turnover. Visa Status of clients (closed and pending).

	Bulk Mail
	With the help of this module an email can be sent to the multiple users. If in any case there is an email then on one click it(email) can be sent to the specified users.
